The importance of dividend growth

At Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd we believe that with a properly managed approach to investment an investment portfolio should deliver reliable capital appreciation and growth in dividend payments. We believe that companies that can increase and sustain dividends by increasing profitability and free cash flow over time, will in the long run deliver a reasonable return on the capital invested.
