Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd was created through the merger of Chancellor Equity Management Pty Limited (established in 1995) and Hattersley Lloyd & Co Pty Limited (established in 1997) from January 2005. This merger brought together two similar businesses with the benefits of synergy and the desire to create greater depth in advisers and administration staff to further ensure continuity of the services provided to clients.

In December 2007 the principals of Exton Investment Management Pty Limited, Hamish Campbell and Piers Dumaresq, joined Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd as executive directors.

The directors and management are the current shareholders and owners of Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd.

Advisers are Representatives of Chancellor Hattersley Lloyd Pty Limited. Australian Financial Services Licence No. 241429.

Portfolios under advice in the merged company currently have a collective market value of approximately $250 million, as at March 2009.
